What type of information do we collect?

We (Tom Lee/Temporal Art) do not not collect any personal information relating to you, unless you personally enter that information onto our website. No personal information is collected by stealth.

We may, however, collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile, if you provide that information to us as a part of your interaction with this website.

How do we collect information?

We no longer collect personal information with regard to transactions. Any previous personal information you have provided to us in this regard has now been destroyed, except as required for legal purposes.

Why do we collect such personal information?

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the website Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.


How do we store, use, share and disclose site visitors' personal information?

All stored personal information, including original identifying material (ie digital or analogue photographs) in respect of Wedding and Portrait Clients of Temporal Art (K C Photographic Ltd, Tom Lee Photographer or Tom Lee) prior to August 2018, has now been deleted or destroyed in accordance with UK GDPR 2018 rules, as all contracts of this type have been completed. There is therefore no longer a legitimate reason for retention of this information. We are therefore unable to assist Clients in retrieving data for Services prior to this date.

In addition to the above, we do not store your data on our computers or keep paper copies of personal information, except for tax and inland revenue purposes (which is also a legal requirement), and to record ownership of fine art works (for provenance purposes). All other information is not stored in any way and is destroyed once a transaction or query has been completed. Tom Lee/Temporal Art will never pass your information to third party users.

Whilst we do not store your information on our computers, our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We do not at present use any of their services to conduct financial transactions.

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?

Our site does not use cookies to track personal information, however, it’s important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by our or’s Privacy Policies.

How can site visitors' withdraw their consent?

Whilst we may hold paper copies of financial transactions as a provision of service, this is automatically destroyed after 1 year. No other information is stored in any way. Note also that we may not be able to solve queries or problems if you cannot provide us with the relevant information once deleted.

Privacy policy updates

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. 

We will also update the "Last Updated Date". By continuing to access or use the Site or Services after we have posted a modification on the Site or have provided you with notice of a modification, you are indicating that you agree to the updated policy. If the modified policy is not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Site and Services.
